Help us answer quickly

• Write from the address you signed up with, so the account can be found.
• For a job, include its id. It is shown on the job's row in the app.
• For a payment, include the invoice id from the billing page. Never send a wallet seed or a private key: nobody at VTranslate will ever ask for one.

Privacy and deletion

To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, send the request from your account's address. The privacy policy lists what is held.
